We accept a variety of payment methods, including major Credit and Debit cards ( Visa, MasterCard, RuPay ,American Express etc.)  or payment through UPI , Paytm , Phonepe, Google Pay etc. , and net banking.  All payments are processed by our third-party vendor M/s Razorpay, securely.                   

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping time varies depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Yes! COD option is available but COD orders are subject to address confirmation.

Upon placing your COD order, you will receive two confirmation messages via WhatsApp. It is crucial that you respond to both the Order Confirmation as well as the Address Confirmation message.

Please note that we provide an additional  Rs. 10%- discount on all pre-paid orders.

On selected Centres/ PIN codes our logistic partner does not provide COD facility, in that case we will update you over Phone/ WhatsApp/ Mail. you can convert the order as prepaid by opting any of our payment methods.

You can make a return/exchange request for one or more products within 14 days of receiving the goods for the following reasons:

if you do not like the product, if it is too big / small, if it is damaged, if it does not correspond to the product ordered.

The return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only in case of faulty or incorrect products.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

• Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
• We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
